The Housley School of Dance is a fully inclusive theatre school located in Sevenoaks, Kent. It has run for almost twenty years and specialises in all genres of dance, as well as drama and singing. Classes are aimed at the individual child and the school prides itself on offering an inclusive, family-feel environment. Jane, the owner and principal, has a wealth of teaching knowledge and comes from a very successful Musical Theatre background in the West End, having performed in over 15 productions.
Housley is definitely a theatre school that specialises in producing a dancer that can do everything! It prides itself on teaching children of all ages and abilities and gives everybody the chance to enjoy dance. It has also sent many, many children to the top performing arts colleges in the country and onwards to build their own futures and continue to use what they have learnt at Housley.

BE ON STAGE
The school produces a bi-annual show at ‘Sevenoaks School’ which is definitely a creative highlight for all the children. If you attend Drama and Singing classes you will perform in an annual Christmas Show which includes a Monologue Writing Competition at The Ship Theatre, Walthamstow Hall. Exams are taken in all genres with the ISTD and IDTA.
